placing an order to purchase goods from Auweb.net.au?
There
are several very simple methods to go about placing an order:

note:Because of the nature of this being purely an
internet based business offering closer to wholsale prices
we do not take telephone enquiries. You can however request
to call our representative if you cannot explain your enquiry
in an email.

How can I pay when I have ordered something
from Auweb.net.au?
Auweb.net.au
offers a wide range of payment options to our customers:

Important! Please
quote your name and or product order number when completing
an EFT (Direct Deposit) transfer.
We most commonly accept the direct deposit method from
customers, because it is the swiftest and most efficient way
to process the payment. Also you dont have to pay the credit
card surcharge of 2% and your order is dispatched sooner.
Credit Card. (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard). There
is a 2% additional surcharge for paying via credit. You may
provide us with your credit card details by using our secure
on-line facilities when in the order process, or by fax. Please
DO NOT e-mail credit card details.
Cheque and Money order (if required):
If you absolutely have to pay via this method, we require
all cheques and money orders made out and posted to:

Note:
no orders are processed untill payment
has cleared in AU Web Group's account. This is another
reason we ask you direct deposit and try to abstain from using
cheques and Australia Post money orders.

Is there an additional cost or surcharge involved for paying
via credit card?
Yes,
all credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge to cover the
terminal transaction. If you do not want to pay what is normally
another $5 - $15 credit card surcharge, simply use the direct
deposit or cheque payment method.

How and when do I receive my goods once I have placed an order,

What kind of warranty & support does Auweb.net.au offer
on purchased equipment?
All
components, tech & multimedia accessories purchased from
Auweb.net.au come with a one-year repair or replacement guarantee.
Some product brands and models come with up to 2 and 3 year
warranty, though this soley depends on what the manufacturer
offers. A manufacturers 1 year minimum warranty is provided
at all times. Almost all products sold through Auweb.net.au
have Australian locations to have the item serviced or replaced.

Is the pricing listed on your website
inclusive of goods and services tax?
All
our products on Auweb.net.au have GST inclusive amounts included
in the product price and these amounts will also be itemised
on your AU Web Group invoice.
Your invoice will appear from AU Web Group, as this is the
trading name of Auweb.net.au.
Q7.
Is the pricing listed on your website
inclusive of delivery?
Pricing
for freight and delivery varies depending on items purchased
and the requested total product weight and delivery location.
For this reason the product price listed on our website DOES
NOT include freight charges. You will have various options
presented when completing the ship to form throughout the
order process in a drop down box. Majority of items are much
less than the 20kg threshold and so usually require no more
than a AU$14 Incl. GST courier delivery charge. There are
other options including AU$18 Air Express next day delivery
with a 5kg max weight threshold before requiring P.O.A delivery
cost quoted. Big heavy and or bulk company orders exceeding
30kgs will require the P.O.A price quoted for delivery. We
always send the delivery cost to your email and await confirmation
from you via email before processing the order in this case

Does Auweb.net.au deal with customers right around Australia?
Yes,
we have an extensive customer base that spreads nation-wide.
We regularly ship goods Australia wide, and are constantly
looking for new ways to service our interstate customers better
including offering the most affordable delivery rates.
Q9.
Can I return goods or equipment that
I may have purchased for a refund or replacement?
Auweb.net.au
will only provide replacements in particular circumstances,
such as when an item is found to be faulty upon delivery.
We will only refund where the product has been damaged in
transit and if we do not have another product of that particular
model in stock. In this case you are required to inform Auweb.net.au
within 24 hrs. Customer's are NOT elligible for refunds/replacements
simply if they have changed their mind about the product they
wish to buy. Equipment that is deemed faulty during the warranty
period will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the
warranty policy applicable to that individual product, found
on any of the mother company websites here.

Can Auweb.net.au arrange installation
of purchased components or equipment?
As
Auweb.net.au are only selling products at closer to wholesale
prices via the internet and this is our main focus, no we
do not do any service installation work.
